Refund policy

Returns

You can return a Pura product within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used hand washes cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged, leaking or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it at no extra cost to you.

How to start a return

Contact our customer care team through our Contact page with your order number. We will confirm whether your item is eligible and explain how to send it back. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like a different scent, please contact us and we will help you arrange an exchange for an unopened product.
